We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technicians to join our dynamic team, working on the 2nd shift with a 15% shift differential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance within a growing Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) in the biotech industry.
Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols.
- Proactively identify and report safety hazards and incidents.
- Accurately complete GMP documentation and review basic records such as logbooks.
- Assist in revising procedures under direct supervision.
- Participate in investigations and support execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Contribute to small-scale continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform assigned production activities, ensuring all required training is completed and compliant prior to operations.
- Apply basic problem-solving skills to identify abnormal results and escalate issues appropriately.

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level Chemistry degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- A biotechnology certificate or college degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory instrumentation such as use of pH meter, UV instrumentation, and solution delivery systems (process skids).
- Two plus years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, Massachusetts.
The pay range for this position is $29.00 – $36.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
