Join Pet Supplies Plus as a Groomer and help our friendly, knowledgeable staff provide playful store experiences by making pets look adorable and smell irresistible.

We offer a $1,500 sign‑on bonus for new Groomers with 1+ years of experience, a commission‑based pay plan with a guaranteed minimum, and career growth through training and Paragon programs.

• Provide grooming services (brushing, bathing, conditioning) to pets, ensuring wellness and safety.
• Style pets per owner instructions or breed standards.
• Develop long‑term relationships with pet parents, recommending products and services.
• Assist store team during grooming downtime and maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Participate in community outreach to attract new neighbors to the store.
• Completing required safety training certification.
• Continuously develop grooming techniques and skills while growing your career.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of grooming experience with formal training or experience under an established certified groomer.
• Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment, or pets up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods.
• Provide own grooming equipment (clippers, scissors, etc.).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass drug screening (where applicable) and be 18 years or older.
