Responsibilities- Review and process quality records, nonconformances, and MRB activities while ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
- Support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements.
- Support internal, customer, regulatory, and external audits while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, and other applicable standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- 1-3 years of quality, manufacturing, or engineering experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
