Shift Manager – Pay: $17–$20 per hour.

• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Communicating effectively with crew and other shift managers to run smooth shifts
• Achieving shift targets and helping departments meet their goals
• Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
• Managing crew schedules and encouraging high performance
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
• Training new team members on critical job functions

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team environment
