Finance Solutions Coordinator

Overview

Milton CAT is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Finance Solutions Coordinator to support our equipment sales team by facilitating customer financing solutions. This role is integral to the sales process, requiring strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to creatively structure deals that meet customer needs while aligning with company objectives.

Pay Rate: Minimum starting rate of $26.00 per hour

• Partner with sales representatives and managers to identify financing opportunities that enhance equipment sales and rentals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CAT Financial and other lending institutions to ensure competitive financing options.
• Submit customer applications for credit approval and manage communication between customers, sales teams, and lenders.
• Provide accurate payoffs, quotes, and financing options tailored to customer requirements.
• Review sales contracts for accuracy and coordinate all aspects of the financing process, including submission and closing of finance packages.
• Leverage available subsidies and programs to maximize value for customers.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Solid understanding of finance principles and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related software.
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy and urgency in meeting customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred but not required.
