Sales and Customer Service Manager

As our Sales and Customer Service Manager in Milford, MA, you’ll guide the Sales and Customer Success Team experience and drive membership growth while keeping service standards consistently high. This role exists to ensure every family receives clear, timely support and a smooth path from first inquiry to active member.

• Lead, coach and hold accountable the sales and customer success team to deliver “WOW” customer service
• Oversee class scheduling, account questions, and billing follow-through
• Support new membership sales and conversion through confident, helpful conversations
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and handle light cleaning as needed

• Strong communication, technology, and organizational skills
• High energy, strong work ethic, and comfort working with children and families
• High School Diploma (or equivalent), college diploma preferred

You’ll start by checking the day’s enrollment pace, messages, and schedule changes, then connect with the team to set priorities. Look at data to create a sales strategy and help grow our customer base. Throughout the day you’ll balance quick decisions with calm, friendly communication—helping families feel confident about next steps. You’ll review numbers, spot trends, and adjust the approach in real time, stepping in to support conversations at the desk when it matters most.

Between member touch points, you’ll keep the Sales Center running smoothly, tidy, and ready for the next wave of arrivals, finishing with a quick recap of wins and opportunities for tomorrow.
