The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining an apartment community with 260 apartment homes in Milford, MA. You will assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community by always providing a quality living environment for our residents.

• Show care and concern for residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in through turn‑over repairs and improvements.
• Preserve community safety through general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal and ground maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after‑hour emergencies.
• Operate with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

• 1‑2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations and on‑call rotation.
• Reliable transportation to respond to on‑call emergencies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using various software and apps.
