All-Temp Systems Mechanical is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Milford, Massachusetts
. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving technical problems, and understands the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential and commercial HVAC equipment, diagnosing system issues, and helping customers maintain comfortable and efficient indoor environments. We are seeking someone with strong technical abilities, a professional approach, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

• Hourly pay ranging from $30 to $50, depending on qualifications and experience

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and service work on HVAC systems in accordance with company procedures and established service timelines.
• Identify equipment malfunctions, diagnose mechanical issues, and complete the necessary repairs to restore proper operation.
• Communicate directly with homeowners and other customers to explain system conditions, discuss concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records, clearly documenting completed work and submitting required paperwork or reports each day.
• Develop positive customer relationships through dependable service, professional communication, and attention to customer needs.
• Represent All-Temp Systems Mechanical positively while working at customer properties and in the field.
• Comply with company safety policies, including safe driving practices and the prohibition on mobile device use while driving.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of residential or commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills
• Effective verbal communication, written communication, and active listening abilities
• A customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor
• Good organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other team members
