Join our team and make a difference! Planet Aid is seeking reliable box truck drivers for full‑time positions with benefits, weekly pay, the opportunity for advancement, and consistent hours. Drivers will operate up to a 20‑foot box truck collecting donated materials from Planet Aid's collection bins.

Starting Pay: $21 an hour plus bonus, paid weekly (Average $24/hr with bonus)

Schedule: 10‑hour days, 4 days a week (Saturday mandatory).
Start time: Between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m.

Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, life/AD&D, vacation, sick time, holidays, and 401(k).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other responsibilities may be assigned):

• Demonstrate safe and efficient box truck driving skills.
• Empty donation bins, collect donations, and dispose of any trash in or around the bins on a daily route.
• Load donated materials into the truck safely and efficiently.
• Provide good customer service and communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Lift and toss bags weighing up to 50 pounds and push items up to 300 lbs.

Requirements:

• Commercial small‑truck driving experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening, background check, driving record check, and a DOT physical.
• Knowledge of FMCSA Guidelines.
