Turnstone Corporation is a growing Construction Management/Design Build/General Contracting firm in Milford, NH. Our team builds and renovates all different types of commercial projects. We are expanding our team and are seeking a full-time professional Construction Superintendent. We have been in business for over 22 years and are forging the way towards continued success in our next chapter.

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on site activities.

Qualifications/Requirements include:

• 5+ years’ experience in Construction and as a Superintendent.
• Must be skilled at reading and comprehending plans, specifications, shop drawings, etc.
• Experience in building and/or renovating according to the contract documents.
• Must be skilled at coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control, safety checks, and providing on site direction.
• Has strong computer skills and can easily utilize Outlook email, Microsoft’s suite of products and experience with Pro Core is a plus.
• Maintain daily logs for all job site operations in Pro Core, and report to the Project Manager as necessary.
• Must be organized.
• Implement techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.
• Make changes in the operations on site as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, Subcontractors, etc.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
• OSHA-10 required.
• Manage a team of subcontractors, including work schedules, on site foreman meetings and project progress.
• Create schedules for subcontractors and assign work accordingly.
