This position specializes in sourcing and placing exempt, salaried professionals and management roles, requiring deep market knowledge and strategic consultation.

Prime Responsibilities And Major Factors In Evaluating Performance
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for exempt professional, technical, and management roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, develop interview plans, and provide market insights.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Linked In Recruiter, industry networks, cold calling) to find specialized talent.
  • Develop and maintain contacts with educational institutions.
  • Negotiate complex compensation packages and close offers with senior‑level candidates.
  • Maintain a focus on building a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Observe the Hitchiner Code of Conduct, safety and quality guidelines.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience focused on salaried/exempt positions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in behavioral interviewing and strategic sourcing.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in high volume recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing and engineering environment. Aerospace background is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, self‑starter attitude with a drive to be successful.

    Proactively builds and manages a diverse and robust talent pipeline for future salaried openings.
