Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Department Manager located in Milford, NH. The Parts Department Manager will oversee daily operations related to the parts department. Primary responsibilities include ensuring inventory accuracy, managing service parts, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Additional duties include coordinating inventory control activities and supporting the team in achieving sales and service objectives.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Inventory Control
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Strong sales ability
- Experience managing and sourcing parts
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Previous experience in the powersports or automotive industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Lightspeed DMS software
