The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead their brand and channel engagement efforts. This role focuses on building digital presence, cultivating audience engagement, and strengthening relationships with key channel partners to drive awareness, interest, and sales growth. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in analytics who can leverage data to optimize campaigns, guide strategic decisions, and identify growth opportunities across our global channel network.
Position OverviewWe’re looking for a forward-thinking leader to define and execute our marketing and channel sales strategy across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will combine creative marketing vision with relationship-driven sales acumen — inspiring our partners, driving brand awareness, and ensuring Earthworks’ voice resonates with creators, engineers, and distributors alike.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand and Digital Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility and demand, with strong emphasis on short-form digital content (Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts).
- Direct the creation of multimedia assets, including videos, social media posts, product stories, and landing pages aligned with our product launches and technology innovations.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social engagement, and email marketing to drive consistent and measurable results.
- Collaborate with product development to ensure messaging aligns with brand and innovation goals.
- Ensure brand messaging, tone, and visual identity remain consistent across all channels and partner materials.
2. Channel and Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners (e.g., Sweetwater, B&H Photo, international distributors) to ensure alignment of brand and sales strategies.
- Work closely with reseller marketing teams to support co-branded initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product education.
- Identify and pursue new channel opportunities and strengthen relationships with influencers, artists, and taste makers who can help amplify our products.
- Provide partners with creative assets, data insights, and marketing tools that enhance their ability to sell and promote Earthworks products.
- Represent Earthworks at key trade shows and industry events to strengthen relationships and expand brand presence.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies through channel partners to achieve company sales goals and expand market presence.
- Coordinate with partners to ensure sell-through performance, availability, and proper representation of our products.
- Monitor sales trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to adjust tactics and strategies proactively.
- Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROI across campaigns and channel initiatives.
- Lead and inspire a small team of marketing and sales professionals to execute at a high level.
- Set performance goals, provide mentorship and guidance, and foster a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, channel management, or sales in a relevant industry.
