• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, drive‑thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.).
• Maintains punctuality and follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Works with others to achieve team goals.
• Responds to guests’ needs in a professional and polite manner.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Works well in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable; good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Has reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
