Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Milford, NH, for a motivated Powersports Technician. The Technician will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, UTVs, and trailers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues, assembling and prepping new units, replacing parts, and conducting road or trail tests to ensure equipment is in excellent working condition. The Technician will also maintain detailed service records and collaborate with the team to ensure timely and high‑quality repair services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems for motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and related vehicles
  • Experience in maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and parts replacements
  • Strong knowledge of powersports vehicle components and systems
  • Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motorcycles and off‑road vehicles
  • Formal technical training or certifications in powersports or automotive repair are preferred
  • Passion for powersports and active interest in the industry is highly beneficial
