Location: Milford, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, On-site
Compensation- $28-32 an hourSeeking an AR/AP Specialist to manage daily accounts receivable and payable activities, maintain accurate financial records, resolve account discrepancies, and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer payments, monitor outstanding invoices, and assist with collections.
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices and payments.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with AR/AP aging reports.
- Support financial reporting, audits, and month-end/year-end close.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and identify process improvements.
