Our client in Paint Manufacturing is looking to hire a Customer Service Admin
in Milford, OH, 45150

Pay Rate: $24 Per hour

A Customer Service Admin plays a key role in enabling the company’s Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. This role blends administrative, customer service, and sales support functions to ensure smooth operations across Company

• Customer Support & Communication:
  Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests; maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Order & Account Management:
  Process, track, and ship internal sales orders;
  As well as set up all new accounts and account maintenance.
• Accounting:
  Enter all Consignment billings, Credits, and Debits on a daily and weekly basis, which includes communicating with Finance, Customers, Pricing, outside Logistics vendors, and Customer Service.
• Technical & Information Support:
  Answer customer inquiries regarding specific paperwork and manage the system that enables the customers to access those files.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner directly with warehouse teams, commercial sales managers, and procurement to resolve supply chain shortages or unexpected transportation delays.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for direct customer interaction and internal Client customer interaction.
• Proficiency in sales support software, CRM systems, and administrative tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Client products, coatings, or specialty materials is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry, order processing, and reporting.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and contribute to targets

Client Customer Service Admin work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment across various locations, supporting both inside sales and retail operations. The role will involve office-based tasks and phone/email communication.
