This position offers a base salary of $40,000 per year as a draw against commissions, with an earning potential of up to $150,000 based on performance
. Additional commission opportunities are available for board‑ups and crime scene/trauma jobs. Commissions are paid monthly, and draws are reconciled accordingly.

Your schedule is dynamic and exciting! You must be available 24 hours a day for emergency calls during scheduled work weeks, ensuring that when disaster strikes, you're ready to be the hero our clients need.

As our Water Mitigation Project Manager, you dispatch directly from your home, responding swiftly to emergency jobs—arriving within 59 minutes—to assess the damage, secure the contract, and begin mitigation. You perform structural drying following IICRC standards, document every step with photos and sketches, and ensure compliance through our DASH system. Throughout the day, you communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and teammates, keeping them informed of job progress.

Whether you're monitoring moisture levels, returning cleaned equipment, or responding to crime scene trauma jobs, you take pride in your ability to restore properties-and peace of mind.

• IICRC certification
• Ability to lift 75 pounds consecutively
• Ability to work in PPE
