Join the Davey Tree Expert Company as an Arborist Crew Lead in Milford, OH. This full‑time permanent role directs crew members and equipment, plans and executes assigned work, and provides premier arboricultural care to our clients.

Direct crew members and equipment, plan and execute assigned work or tasks by performing the following duties.

• Lead a crew in providing arboricultural care, including pruning, thinning, and removing deadwood throughout the tree canopy.
• Install cables, bracing, and lightning protection systems.
• Remove hazardous trees.
• Mentor crew members through the Davey Career Development Program.
• Maintain, prepare, and operate all tools and equipment (chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, etc.).

• Love of the outdoors.
• Complete the Davey Tree Trimmer Orientation Program upon hire.
• Complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR, and defensive driving course upon hire.
• Preferred:
  Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates.
• Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist®, ISA Certified Tree Worker®, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional®.
