💰 Pay Range: $110,000–$150,000+ annually (base + uncapped commissions, bonus opportunities)

At PDQ Doors
, we’re looking for a Garage Door Technician – Sales & Service Professional to join our growing team. This unique role blends mechanical expertise with in‑home consultative sales
. You won’t just diagnose and fix problems — you’ll also educate homeowners, recommend upgrades, and close the sale on the spot.
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential garage doors and openers.
- Meet with homeowners in person, build trust, and present tailored solutions.
- Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
- Complete 4–5 pre‑scheduled appointments daily (all leads provided).
- Ensure a professional, safe, and positive customer experience every time.
- Mechanical / Construction experience (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, general building, or similar trades).
- Strong communication and sales skills with a track record of upselling or closing deals.
- Great driving record, clean background, and ability to pass a drug screen.
- Comfort lifting 50 lbs overhead and working with tools.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team‑first mindset.
