Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Join Cintas as a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in our Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route and service, sell, and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position that involves delivering and collecting items from existing customer bases.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.00 until assigned a route
• Solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek
• Majority of work no nights or weekends
• Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Active driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of prior employment

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self‑motivation and teamwork mindset
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
