RDI has a brand new, full-time opportunity for licensed insurance agents! This new line of business is an inbound/outbound sales program for life insurance products; combine our lucrative sales leads with the excellent bonus structure we offer and that makes for a great opportunity! In addition to your base salary, you will receive a bonus for each sale you make – the earning potential for this position is vast.

RDI will provide you with extensive training, setting you up for nothing but success. We will train you in proper sales skills, communication skills, and we will teach you to give customers the best experience in the industry. In addition, our goal is to give you opportunities to grow and advance through RDI – the possibilities are truly endless.

• Handling inbound calls selling life insurance products
• Closing sales of insurance products
• Entering customer information in the system

• Valid Life Insurance license in resident state
• 3-5 years of insurance/sales experience
• Must be able to type at least 40 WPM and have excellent computer skills
• Must be able to multi-task and navigate quickly through screens in computer system
• Business casual dress code
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Desire to go above and beyond what is asked of you
