Overview

OPC Pest Services is rapidly expanding across Cincinnati and surrounding counties. We offer full‑time, year‑round employment with competitive wages and uncapped sales commissions (base salary $20‑$25 per hour).

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines.
  • Inspect properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage.
  • Install, remove, and upgrade termite baiting stations.
  • Perform regular inspections and baiting of stations.
  • Consult on termite damage remediation services as necessary.
  • Build strong customer relationships and address their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for customer base growth.
  • Follow label instructions for all products used.
  • Maintain records of activities—service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and agreements.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old; pest control experience not required.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in home services industry preferred but not required.
  • Must maintain a good driving record and pass criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Obtain pesticide licensure within training period (company paid).
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. for inspections.
  • Work in all types of weather conditions.
