Experienced Carpenter (Full‑time) – Milford, OH

Salary: $27 – $32 per hour with opportunities for premium pay.

• Perform framing, drywall, trim work, cabinetry, and other structural and finish carpentry on-site.
• Protect unaffected areas and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Dismantle job sites safely when completed.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, technicians, and other tradespeople to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Comply with local building codes, OSHA safety standards, company protocols, and wear proper PPE.
• Interact with property owners respectfully, addressing basic questions and demonstrating professionalism.

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Report each morning to the central Milford location before heading to your assigned job site.

• 2+ years of experience in residential or light commercial carpentry.
• Experience in restoration or remodeling following water, fire, or mold damage.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening test.
