• Physical strength and stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in construction, demolition, or property restoration, along with a basic understanding of water, fire, or mold damage cleanup. Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as OSHA 10 certification or other safety training, is a plus.

As our General Laborer, your day starts at 7:30 AM at our Milford HQ, where you'll meet your crew before heading to service sites. Here’s what you'll do:

• Assist with Cleanup & Demolition – Tear out damaged materials like drywall, flooring, and insulation
• Operate Tools & Equipment – Use hand and power tools to get the job done right
• Support Restoration – Help with water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup
• Keep Job Sites Organized – Maintain clean, safe work areas and properly store tools
• Follow Directions & Safety Protocols – Work closely with supervisors to deliver top-quality service
