Jarvis Mechanical is seeking a dependable and skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you'll be the front-line expert maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems across diverse environments. Whether working independently or alongside your team, you'll ensure top-tier service, maximum system efficiency, and minimal downtime for our clients—all while growing your skills in a high-performance, long-term environment.

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, VAVs, and building automation systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues quickly and accurately
• Communicate with office staff, project managers, and clients regarding job status and recommended solutions
• Accurately document all service work using digital work order platforms (Service Titan)
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and service vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Support new equipment start-up and commissioning
• Stay current with tools, technology, and industry best practices

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC mechanical and control systems
• Experience using Service Titan or similar platforms is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Onsite – Commercial client locations throughout the service region.
