Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical tasks

Hands-on background—construction, trade school, or similar

Know your way around power tools and outdoor equipment

Forklifts or basket lifts experience is a plus Exposure to roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or comparable trades

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Ready to learn commercial roofing (no roofing experience required)
How We Work Start each day by driving directly from home to the jobsite. When the work is done, you head straight home—no daily office commute. Sites will change as projects are completed, giving you variety and new challenges.
