Painting Crew Lead

Swanson's Painting is hiring a Painting Crew Lead in Milford, OH. Pay is $25 to $35 per hour, full time, and we need someone with hands-on painting experience and real experience managing a crew. You will run residential and light commercial painting projects from the field, leading the team while working right alongside them.

• You bring light carpentry skills such as drywall repair, plus the ability to work outside in the heat and on ladders.

• You bring reliable transportation, a home base in the Greater Cincinnati area, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Swanson's Painting serves homeowners and light commercial customers across Greater Cincinnati.

• We run on integrity, punctuality, and strong work ethic, and our crew leads model all three.

• Lead daily jobsite operations, assign tasks, and keep the crew on schedule.

• Inspect and prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.

• Check finished work against our quality standards before the customer sees it.

• Update customers, answer questions, and make sure they are happy start to finish.

• Enforce safety protocols and keep an organized jobsite.

• Train new team members and track materials to minimize waste.

• $25 to $35 per hour based on experience.

• Full time, field-based work across the Greater Cincinnati area.
