• Oversee inventory and ensure items are stocked in the gym store.
• Meet individual sales goals assigned by the Merchandise Supervisor.
• Greet and assist customers, advising on merchandise utilization and care.

• Greet guests and members warmly and promptly.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond effectively to member questions and requests.
• Maintain the maintenance log, member profiles, telephone inquiries, and group fitness reservations.
• Keep the front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times.
