This role is part of the growing team at Malama Pono Autism Center located in Mililani/Wahiawa district. We provide a supportive environment for staff learning to serve children with autism in school settings.
Pay RangeBase pay: $24.00/hr
. Sign‑on bonus: $850 for non‑certificated RBTs. Additional benefits listed below.
- Provide ABA therapy services in general and special education classrooms.
- Support students during academic instruction, recess, lunch, and transitions.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
- Collect data on student progress and communicate with school teams.
- Attend IEP meetings and collaborate on student goals.
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- $850 sign‑on bonus for non‑certificated RBTs.
- Paid training and RBT credentialing.
- 30+ hours per week (flexible based on availability).

- Associate’s degree or higher.
- Pass a background screening.
- Ability to attend training at our Mililani clinic.
- Physical capability to lift or assist clients up to 50 lbs, including frequent movement, sitting on floor, bending, standing, responding quickly to client needs.

Job Types: Full‑time (30+ hrs/week). Starting Pay: $24.00/hr with future potential for raises.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, with flexibility for additional hours.
