Clinical Therapist for Kids with Autism (Certification Provided)

Malama Pono Autism Center invites you to join our dedicated team as a Clinical Therapist focused on children with autism. This role offers 1:1 clinical behavioral therapy in clinic and home settings, complete with intensive training and ongoing supervision.

• Deliver individualized 1:1 therapy sessions for children with autism.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members.
• Adapt treatment strategies to meet each child’s unique needs.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; for design‑off‑the‑earth (DOE) settings at least 48 college credits are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high energy when working with children.
• Ability to lift or assist clients up to 50 lbs and perform required physical tasks.
• Pass background screening.

• $850 sign‑on bonus for non‑certified RBTs.
• Training and RBT credentialing provided.
• Benefits Package: PTO, medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, & sick leave.
• Competitive pay range: $20 – $24 per hour.

• Monday to Friday; 30+ hours per week (flexible based on availability).
