Residential Property Manager

Our Residential Property Management team offers professional property management and leasing services for all types of residential properties ranging from single condominium units to large multi-family apartment buildings. We currently manage a portfolio of 1300+ residential units on Oahu.

The Residential Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential property. This includes managing the property, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring that the property is well maintained.

• 2 year minimum property management experience preferred.
• Good organizational skills.
• Manage residential portfolio of single unit to apartment buildings.
• Collecting rent from tenants and ensuring that they are in compliance with lease terms.
• Managing the property to ensure it is well maintained and in good condition.
• Ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely manner.
• Communicating with tenants to address any issues or concerns.
• Working with vendors to ensure that all necessary services are being provided.
• Managing the leasing process for new tenants.
• Salary is based on number of units managed.
• Salary/Comm/Bonus earning potential up to $5000/month.
• Commissions for new leases/renewals & bonuses for meeting metrics.
• Combined Salary/Comm/Bonus earning potential up to $5000/month.

• Must have own automobile, license, and insured.
• Mileage & mobile phone reimbursement. Located in town, parking provided.
