Traveling Treatment Coordinator, Ortho

We are hiring immediately for full and part-time positions in our dental offices and are seeking teammates who care, listen, and are motivated to help our patients and communities. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will manage patients throughout the full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment, leading patients from the first appointment to a happy, healthy smile.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of front‑office experience in a medical environment
• Computer literate (experience with QSI/Denticon is a plus)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and explaining costs of services preferred

• $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
