At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

As a caregiver in Mill Creek, WA, you'll make a positive impact in your community. We're seeking kind, patient, and reliable people with a passion for helping others.

• Provide companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
• Help with household chores and errands.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Offer friendly company.

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [] or newer.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring.

• Earn up to $18.00/hr with bonuses.
• Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on your location).
• Flexible schedule; work on your own hours.
• No prior caregiving or healthcare experience required.
• Work 2 or more hours per week.
