What You'll Be Doing- Lead daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable cement production.
- Coordinate production activities to achieve throughput, quality, and cost objectives.
- Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Analyze production metrics and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance plant performance.
- Demonstrated capability to lead teams, drive accountability, and develop employee performance.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, industrial, or heavy production operations.
- Ability to interpret operational data and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
This position is based within a large cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both office and plant environments. The role requires regular interaction with production equipment, maintenance activities, and operating personnel. Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial setting and following all safety policies and procedures.
What We Offer- Competitive base salary $153,010-$204,003. and participation in our annual incentive plan.
