This is a Primary Care opportunity for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our clinic in Mill Creek, WA. We aim to set a new standard for primary care based on quality of care rather than quantity of patient visits.

• Manage a panel of patients for a full-spectrum primary care clinic, addressing acute and chronic care needs.
• Be curious to keep more care in primary care; solve problems, answer questions, and spend time learning in service of patients.
• Assist in developing a high-functioning care team that works at the top of license and scope, aligning teammates’ work with interests and licensure.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Specialists, Pharmacists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals in person or by video as appropriate for patients.
• Provide counseling and education on health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up during each visit.
• Perform minor outpatient procedures per credentialing/privileging policy.
• Work in partnership with clinic Physicians when a situation is beyond scope or license and requires Physician involvement.
• Provide after-hours care as part of the on-call program.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation and verify patient understanding of diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

• Currently licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Washington by hire date.
• Master’s level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with national certification (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurses Credentialing Center).
• Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
• Ability to be credentialed under Medicare.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Special interest, experience, fellowship, or degree in primary care.
• Proficient in EMR use, Epic experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, flexibility, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in community outreach (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates) preferred.

This position operates in a clinic environment, providing both in-person and telehealth care. Collaboration with various healthcare providers is routine, and participation in wellness programs may be required.

Ability to work in a clinical environment, interact with patients for prolonged periods, and perform duties requiring concentration and emotional resilience.

The pay for this role varies based on location, market conditions, and experience. National Plus salary range: $ - $ (Western Washington and Alaska markets).

National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
