Position Overview

As a Deck Sales Estimator, you’ll meet pre‑qualified homeowners, conduct in‑person consultations, design deck projects, and close prospects on the first visit. You’ll use your in‑home sales experience and our proven sales process to build trust and guide homeowners to make confident decisions quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with qualified homeowners for in‑person consultations and project estimates
  • Educate clients on materials, options, and design possibilities
  • Follow the one‑call‑close process to finalize sales during the first meeting
  • Enter all communication, job details, and updates into the company CRM
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and sales meetings
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage objections effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and process‑driven
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
