Compensation
:
This is an hourly position with a base hourly rate plus the potential to earn commissions based on sales. There are no limits or thresholds to commissions.
- Deliver the BODYROK Service Promise by helping maintain a clean, friendly, and well-maintained studio; follow the team member basics of punctuality and dress code.
- Assist members and guests in person and via email with inquiries; support front desk operations and overall guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and orderly studio, including bathrooms, changing rooms, towels/laundry, and trash removal.
- Initiate tasks and perform duties with minimal direction.
- Monitor incoming emails and ensure proper check-in procedures.
- Member & Guest Check-in
- Greet all incoming members and guests; ensure check-in procedures are followed; thank guests as they exit.
- Sales & Customer Service
- Promote promotions, referrals, and inquiries to generate new business; reach out via email for sales opportunities.
- Promote specials to current and prospective guests; reconcile and report transitions; attain personal sales revenue targets.
- Operations & Experience
- Tour potential members, connect guests to facility, equipment, services, and amenities; assist with billing questions; update logs; promote and sell merchandise; keep front desk area tidy; perform general cleaning duties; follow up with enrolled members to ensure satisfaction; provide high levels of customer service.
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Mind Body software experience preferred
- Competitive drive for commission-based performance; excellent customer service and communication skills
- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills; basic computer skills
- Friendly, warm, welcoming personality; easy to talk to and comfortable around new people
- Available to work at least 2 weekend days per month (e.g., 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday, or two Saturdays/Sundays)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Occasional sitting, walking, kneeling, reaching with hands and arms
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts
- Studio environment can be loud; must be comfortable interacting with guests and making them feel welcome
