Mount Tam Dental Care is seeking a reliable and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our privately owned practice in Mill Valley, CA. You will play a vital role in improving the oral health of our community while working within a collaborative, respectful, and technology-driven environment. • $85 - $135 per hour

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Proficiency in root planing and oral hygiene procedures
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and infection control standards
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Experience in a privately owned dental practice
• Familiarity with the latest dental technologies and digital record systems
• Interest in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, root planing, and periodontal maintenance
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Promote a welcoming, comfortable environment for patients of all ages
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
