The Aesthetician provides clients with skin‑care consultations, develops personalized treatment plans, and skillfully performs treatments including clinical facials, extractions, medical‑grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micropennings.

• Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives
• Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre‑ and post‑treatment care instructions
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations
• Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques
• Ensure client safety at all times
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered by the company
• Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products
• Follow established treatment protocols
• Generate and maintain a client base
• Attend training and meetings
• Assist with other duties as assigned
• Occasional travel to other locations for training may be required

• CA State Aesthetician license required
• 2+ years of aesthetician experience desired
• Existing clientele is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask while remaining flexible to business needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with email
• Social media experience is a plus
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
