ZONE is a new high-intensity strength studio opening in Marin. We are seeking a founding General Manager / Head Coach to own both sales and on-floor coaching ahead of our January 2027 opening in Mill Valley, CA.
You will lead membership sales, retention, and front-of-house operations while coaching ~30 hours per week and partnering with founders on programming standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for a true owner/operator.
