Technical Instructor - Body Repair Program, Millbrae, CA. Lucid Motors is seeking a flexible, proactive, and highly organized Body Repair Program Technical Instructor with a passion for collision repair and strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. This role is based at the Lucid Service Center in Millbrae, CA.

• Drive technicians through highly engaging collision repair training of the highest quality
• Organize and prepare classroom and shop settings for instructor-led training
• Provide feedback from training sessions to the development team to help build robust training
• Support the Learning & Development team as a subject matter expert
• Maintain classroom and shop cleanliness and organization for in-person training
• Maintain and order consumable and parts inventory
• Collaborate with the training coordinator to manage student records and scheduling
• Work with the technical team to stay up to date on procedures and best practices
• Comply with all Lucid safety rules, guidelines, and quality standards
• Some international travel is necessary

• 3+ years of technical training in the automotive field
• 5+ years of experience working in the collision industry
• In-depth knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and equipment
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and teach a diverse audience
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel for on-site training nationally and internationally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
• Certifications in aluminum vehicle collision repair advantageous
• General understanding of the training development process
• Previous OEM training experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Base Pay Range (Annual): $81,500 - $112,090 USD
