This position offers an hourly wage of $16.50 to $24.50 per hour, with opportunities for additional performance and premium pay. The actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Essential Job Functions- Greet customers on the sales floor, assisting them in locating merchandise or directing them to the parts specialist.
- Check out customers in a quick and friendly manner, handling returns efficiently.
- Check in, price, and arrange stock; keep the front area stocked and fronted.
- Make display changes according to planograms; adjust pricing and sale signage.
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
- Work with the manager to complete store tasks and weekly team activities.
- Serve as the primary deterrent against shoplifting and perform front‑floor security.
- Assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities and clock in/out per company policy.
- Good aptitude for handling number sequences.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous cashier and/or stocking experience.
- Ability to drive a manual‑transmission vehicle.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
