A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service.

• Management – Work effectively with store management and crews, supervise the crew, and communicate effectively with management and teams.
• Customer Service – Assist customers, promote a positive shopping experience, handle relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation – Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, reset departments following POGs.

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime and urgent store issues.

• Experience as a retail supervisor.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
