MECS Field Technician
Roles and Responsibilities1. Installation and Setup

• Install and configure equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Ensure proper setup and functionality of hardware and software as required.

• Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in the field, often on-site.

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with system upgrades and modifications as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of service performed, including installation and repair logs.
• Complete reports and documentation for management and regulatory compliance.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Train customers on equipment usage and best practices.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing fieldwork.
• Identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.

• Manage inventory of parts and equipment used in the field, ensuring necessary supplies are available.
• Coordinate with management for restocking and ordering parts as needed.

• Analyze issues and develop effective solutions quickly in high-pressure situations.
• Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify problems accurately.

• Report on job status, challenges faced, and customer feedback to management.
• Suggest improvements based on field experience to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
