• Hybrid work environment
• Strong general ledger month‑end close
• Prepare financial statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements
• Cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing variances
• Manage staff performing general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, and account analysis
• Prepare schedules and financial statement highlights
• Implement and maintain financial systems
• Ensure account activity is recorded, corrections are made, adjustments calculated, and journal entries prepared
• Review and prepare month‑year end reports, accrual schedules, and ad‑hoc reports and analysis
• Verify entries and computer printouts for accuracy of all account figures
• Assist with external and internal audits in collaboration with an outside CPA firm
• Prepare bank reconciliations and cash posting reports
• Maintain accounting files and inventory records, manage costing processes, and utilize strong ERP systems such as Quick Books, Oracle, or SAP

• Experience with hybrid work models
• Proficiency in general ledger month‑end close processes
• Solid background in preparing financial statements and managing AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and cash flow
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing variances
• Leadership and staff management in accounting functions
• Knowledge of financial system implementation and maintenance
• Strong analytical skills for accounts analysis, accruals, and ad‑hoc reporting
• Experience in collaboration with auditors and external CPA firms
• Proficiency in bank reconciliation and cash posting processes
• Hands‑on use of ERP systems such as Quick Books, Oracle, or SAP
