Overview
In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.
Schedule (days/hours)Mon 8-3, Tues 12-8, Thurs 12-8, Fri 8-3
Responsibilities- Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses
- Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
- Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance
- At least one year of experience as a team lead in a Dental office
- Experience leading a team
- Knowledge of dental terminology
$25 - $30 per year
