Team Manager

The Team Manager is a brand ambassador and business leader who drives sales performance and delivers an exceptional client experience. This role supports the Store Manager while leading, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve commercial and operational goals.

• Drive the team to exceed financial targets, maximize sales, and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Support business planning through analysis of product performance and development of action plans.
• Deliver an inspiring client journey, build lasting client relationships, and strengthen loyalty through clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members, identify training needs and talent, and support individual development plans.
• Support store operations, including inventory, cash activity, logistics, reporting, asset protection, and back-of-house organization.
• Train and inspire the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, client service, and company procedures.

• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and its trends.
