Responsibilities- Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online experiences while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales by assisting clients and using technology effectively.
- Share loyalty programs and support customers throughout the shopping experience.
- Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and store and fitting room upkeep.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Creative and strategic approach to meeting customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
