The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, helps connect them with the right associates and services, and supports store operations as needed.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with appropriate associates based on their needs.
- Work in different areas of the store based on business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
- Connect customers with managers to resolve escalated issues and follow up on customer requests.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services in partnership with store teams.
- Introduce clients to services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, and package delivery.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
